Grand Mosque

The Grand Mosque of Yanam was constructed in 1848 and was removed in 1956. The giant Grand Mosque which is seen now was built completely in 1999-2000 after demolishing the earlier building in 1978. This mosque is highly reputed by people of neighboring villages which resides in other neighboring states, such as Thallarevu, Kolanka, Sunkarapalem especially on the days of Ramzan, Bakrid and Milad-un-Nabi of every year.
