Govind Wildlilfe Sanctuary is in the beautiful and fascinating surroundings of Uttarakhand district.  This was established in 1955.  This is spread over an area of 953 square kilometers.   This sanctuary attracts the tourists with high mountains and many rare species like Himalayan bears.  Nanda devi and Rajaji National Parks and Kedarnath wildlife sanctuary are other places of tourist interest.  Facilities for climbing and trekking are provided.  Many animals and plants can be seen in these forests.

Rail and road facilities are available to reach Garhwal.  If tourists take a train they have to get down at Rishikesh and travel 170kms to Garhwal. Buses and cars can go up to Govindghat.

Coorg is a very beautiful place (district) in Karnataka.  Its original name is Kodagu which is a Hill place.  The river Kaveri starts its flow from above the Kodagu called Talakaveri and passes through Kodagu. One has to see the beauty of River kaveri and other waterfalls during that time which is an excellent experience and view to the eyes of the nature lovers.  During summer the maximum recorded temperature is 28 degrees.   Here the nature will gives a lot of enjoyment to the tourists.  The people who are having busy schedule in their life have to visit this place at least once they will be habituated for visiting this place whenever they wish. This is a very attractive mountain place to the people who climbs the mountains with the height of 1745 meters.  This is available at a distance of 8 Kilometers from Kakkabe.  In this place there is a rest house which is constructed in the year 1972 by Dodha Veera Rajendra on the name of Nalknad Palace which is currently under the maintenance of Karnataka state tourism department.  An attractive scene from this palace is that one can see the Arabian Ocean which is far-off from this palace.  There is a temple called Padi Igutappa which is few kilometers away from this palace.  The people who belong to Coorg will visit this temple mostly.  There are another two mountains called Brahmachari and Pushpagiri which attracts the Mountain Rangers.  The tourists can see the buildings constructed by British which are nearby Coorg.  British people enjoyed a lot of beauty in this place. The reasons which most of the tourists are getting attracted to this place is due to the   Excellent Nature, Beautiful Waterfalls, Thick Coffee estates and lot many temples.

Chitrakoot is a place which is strangely situated in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.  Half of its area lies in Madhya Pradesh and half of it in Uttar Pradesh.  Chitrakut is though a small village but is full of mountain and forests.  Tourists are also many.  There is Valmiki Ashram at a distance of 25 kilometers from Chitrakoot.  Lord Sriram, Lakshman and Sita visited the Ashram of Valmiki during their vanavaasam and stayed at Chitrakoot.  Sati Anasuya mountain is situated at a distance of 3 kms.  This is the tapobhumi of Sage Atri.  Mandakini river starts its journey from this mountain.  Sita Ram and Lakshman visited Sage Atri and Anasuya here.  Much number of Gods and Rivers came to Chitrakoot to have a darshan of Lord Rama.  River Godavari also went there to visit him.  There are two big caves here from which springs of water come out and formed 7 ponds.  Water flow stops in the seventh pond and becomes invisible – ‘Gupt’.  Thus this is called ‘Gupt Godavari’.
